How do I place my order?

Ordering online from attirealuxe is easy!

Step 1: When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’.

Step 2: Once you have your desired items in your Bag, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button.

Step 3: Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price.

Step 4: Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method.

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

How do I change/ modify my order?

Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment. It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address.

*Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel an order?

There are two types of order cancellations.

1) Canceling an unpaid order. An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or please log into your attirealuxe.com account >> “My Orders” and click on the “Cancel Order” button. Your order will be canceled.

  • Cancelinga paid order. Here at attirealuxe we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. If you feel like you need to cancel the order right away, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing leiko.yao@zohomail.cn

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. We will send you a tracking email once we shipped it out.

Overseas deliveries usually takes 7-15 business days in transit by standard shipping. Delivery details can be checked in our shipping info.

Can I modify my delivery address?

If the order has not been shipped or assigned a tracking number, you could update shipping address via email: leiko.yao@zohomail.cn to contact our customer service for more help.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, you will be able to track your order under “My order” when you log in to your account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Why does the tracking information shows my order has been delivered, but I did not receive anything?

Sorry about this inconvenience, package might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors, please have a check first.

If you can not locate your package, please kindly contact the shipping courier to check for more details. Or you could contact our Customer Care Center at leiko.yao@zohomail.cn for help to submit investigation for your issue.
